Halverstone Construction was integrated into The Halverstone Group in 2042 through the acquisition and consolidation of two heritage heavy-civil operators. The division now operates the largest fleet of deployed civil engineering equipment in private operation, with 410,000 field personnel across six regional operating commands.

Construction works in close coordination with Halverstone Architectural on Group-aligned civic, healthcare, and institutional programs, and independently with national governments, intergovernmental bodies, and Charter-aligned infrastructure clients on transportation corridors, energy systems, water infrastructure, and industrial buildouts.

Flagship Subsurface Program

The Mantle
Initiative.

Halverstone Construction's signature subterranean engineering program. The first private operator to engineer and execute deep-subsurface boring at mantle-adjacent depths, providing the largest source of zero-carbon baseload electricity in operation by 2125.

Program Profile

Halverstone Construction pioneered modern deep-subsurface engineering in 2054 with the first private bore exceeding 12 km in operational depth. The Initiative now operates 47 active deep-mantle access shafts globally, with average operating depths between 14 and 22 km below surface and the deepest active shaft at 23.4 km. Lateral access tunnels at depth host the operational geothermal extraction plants and crew facilities engineered to remain in continuous operation across decades.

Halverstone Construction holds exclusive deep-subsurface operating certification under the GCI Energy Continuity Framework, with cost-share arrangements across Charter signatory grids providing planetary baseload electricity. The Initiative supplies an estimated 12% of global baseload power and is one of the most consequential clean-energy engineering programs in modern operation.
